- Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a sit-down shower; a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink; and plenty of storage space. Just bring your loved one’s familiar things and let them feel at home!
- Heating and air conditioning in the apartments are individually controlled, and state-of-the-art smoke detectors and sprinkler systems help ensure the safety of all our residents.
- In an emergency, help is within easy reach. Each apartment has emergency call systems in both the living area and the bathroom. Plus, all baths have raised commodes and vanities with grab bars for safety.
The Right Care at the Right Cost
Our Assisted Living members pay a one-time community fee, plus a monthly fee for rent, in addition to the appropriate care package.
Care levels are determined through an assessment conducted by a community nurse.

Classic Studio: $4,795.00
One Bedroom: $5,695.00
Deluxe Once Bedroom: $5,995.00
Second Occupant Fee $1,850.00
